Covers:
Punctures
Nails or Glass Damage
Bruise or Breaks
Potholes or Curb Damage
Flat Tire changing assistance and repair for the first 12 months
All other coverage lasts 3 years or to a tread depth of 2/32nds or less, whichever comes first

If within 25 miles of KG Performance – Troy, the customer MUST return to our facility for coverage
If outside of 25 miles, the customer must contact warranty claims service at 1-866-588-0728
ALL COVERAGE MUST HAVE PRIOR AUTHORIZATION AND A CLAIM NUMBER BEFORE BEING REPAIRED WHEN WORK IS NOT BEING PERFORMED AT KG PERFORMANCE
(except for flat tire assistance/repair)
The invoice must include:
Facility name, address, and phone number
Customer Full name, address, and signature
Year, make, model, and mileage of the vehicle
Brand, type, size, and DOT number of each tire
Proof of purchase of Roadside Hazard Protection Program

The warranty does not cover:
Replacements made prior to authorization
Cosmetic damage
Damage caused by mechanical failures
Damage due to misuse/neglect
Damage due to sidewall or tread area dry rot, peeling, or cracking
Loss or damage caused by accidents, theft, snow chains, or other natural disasters
Repair or replacement of tires mounted on specialty vehicles, ie police cars, race cars, motorcycles, trailers, etc.
Repair or Replacement of TPMS and devices and components associated with TPMS
Pre-existing, consequential, incidental, and/or secondary damage
